DevOps Engineer (OpenShift / Kubernetes)
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical hybrid infrastructure built on Red Hat OpenShift and AWS. In this role, you'll collaborate with global engineering teams to build, automate, and maintain modern DevOps platforms while helping application teams adopt containerized and cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Deploy and maintain shared DevOps tools, including GitLab and HashiCorp Vault.
- Manage applications across both virtual servers (Linux/Windows) and container platforms.
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Monitor platform health using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and related observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide Tier 3 technical support.
- Lead platform upgrades, implement infrastructure changes, and create technical documentation including runbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to DevOps best practices, automation standards, and continuous platform improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms.
- Working knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience administering Linux and Windows servers.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, HashiCorp Vault, and scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar platforms is preferred.
