We are seeking an experienced and people-focused professional to lead core human resources functions and support a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees to shape HR practices, strengthen organizational culture, and help ensure consistent application of policies, programs, and processes.
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change.
- Support compensation, benefits, and leave administration processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation with a strong focus on confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Proven experience in human resources, with responsibility for employee relations, policy guidance, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, and confidentiality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Sound judgment and a thoughtful approach to handling sensitive matters.
- Experience supporting performance management, talent development, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and standard office software.
- Spanish speaker a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional HR certification is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growing, or multi-site organization.
- Familiarity with compensation, benefits, and leave administration processes.
