Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping children develop a lifelong love of learning? We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and nurturing 3 Year old Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3–6.
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom where children thrive.

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.

Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning through play.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.

Build strong partnerships with families and collaborate with fellow educators.

Complete lesson plans, required documentation, and classroom responsibilities.

High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree preferred)

CDA, Credential, or Preschool Qualification Evaluation (PQE) preferred or required based on position

Required Maryland Office of Child Care (OCC) training, including:
- 45 Hours Child Growth & Development

45 Hours Methods & Materials

9 Hours Communication

Basic Health & Safety

Developmental Screening

American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Training

Emergency Preparedness

Medication Administration

Pediatric First Aid & CPR
- Must meet all Maryland Office of Child Care (OCC) teacher qualification requirements.
