Duties
- We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help to ensure patients receive quality care.
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
-Maintain highest level of infection control.
-Setting up trays and operatories
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare
- Take digital X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
-Maintain sterilization and housekeeping logs
**Skills:**
The candidates with the following skills are preferred
- Experience with Dentrix software
- Ability to take vital signs
- Previous experience in dental assisting
-Fresh graduates are welcomed, willing to train.
-Bilingual, english and spanish speaking is a plus
