The Romeoville Recreation Department is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Before and After School Care Lead Instructor to oversee site operations. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, communicating effectively with parents, school staff, and the Program Supervisor, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervising children in kindergarten through 5th grade, planning and implementing engaging program activities, following all safety guidelines and procedures, and demonstrating a positive and professional attitude at all times. Hours: Before Care: 6:30am-9:00am and/or After Care: 3:00pm-6:30pm Early Release, monthly 2:00pm-6:30pm
