Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Professional to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Duties
- Conduct thorough client assessments using ASAM and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria to determine treatment needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Deliver individual, group counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and behavioral therapy.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to effectively manage acute behavioral health emergencies and ensure client safety.
- Facilitate addiction counseling programs, incorporating evidence-based practices like applied behavior analysis and behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and HIPAA-compliant records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, provide case management services, and support clients’ social and community reintegration efforts.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques, motivational interviewing, and crisis management strategies.
- Proficiency in behavioral health assessments, diagnostic coding (ICD-9/10/ICD coding), and medical terminology.
- Skilled in client care, intake procedures, addiction medicine, and clinical counseling practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, CPT coding, and data collection protocols.
- Expertise in substance use disorders and behavioral health conditions.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
