Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all flooring installation projects.
- Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and train installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer experience.
- Handle scheduling of projects and staff, including adjustments based on project needs.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to installation processes.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and order materials as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in flooring installation or a similar management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
