Office Manager
We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-friendly Office Manager to help keep our busy retail operation running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys staying organized, juggling multiple tasks, and helping both customers and coworkers, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the office on track, supporting daily operations, and creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. You'll handle a mix of administrative, bookkeeping, and customer service responsibilities while helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Keep files, records, and office systems organized and up to date using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members and leadership
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing friendly and professional customer service
- Monitor office supply inventory and order materials as needed
- Help with special projects, reports, document proofreading, and other administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations and pitch in wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an office management, administrative, or similar support role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general office technology
- Dental, medical receptionist, or personal assistant experience is a plus
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
