The Ganzhorn Suites of Avon is hiring a Medication Aide for Part-time 3pm-11pm or 7pm- 11pm, including every other weekend!

As a Medication Aide, you will support our nursing and caregiving teams by ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate medication administration. Your responsibilities may include:
- Administering medications according to state guidelines and community policies
- Documenting medication administration with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly
- Assisting with ADLs and providing hands-on support as needed
- Offering reassurance, patience, and kindness to residents experiencing memory challenges
- Maintaining a calm, organized, and supportive environment

Qualifications
- Certified Medication Technician
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.75 per hour
