Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing, business development, team leadership, and operational management. This is a working manager position that requires active involvement in recruiting, client development, employee management, and day-to-day branch operations. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving branch growth, maintaining exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all branch operations, including recruiting, sales, client relations, employee management, and administrative functions.
- Actively participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, placements, and employee retention efforts.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase branch revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, site visits, and exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's client base.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of job orders while maintaining quality candidate placements.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including fill rates, retention, sales activity, order fulfillment, payroll, billing, and overall profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and office staff while maintaining accountability and performance standards.
- Create recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent and improve placement success.
- Address employee relations matters and ensure a positive work environment.
- Conduct client visits, safety visits, and workforce check-ins as needed.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, employment laws, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of staffing industry management experience preferred.
- Proven success in branch growth, business development, and client retention.
- Experience managing high-volume staffing operations and fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, staffing software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Schedule & Availability
- Full-time position.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
- Local travel required for client visits, business development activities, and branch support.
