Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through prospecting, and lead generation to identify new opportunities.
- Manage territory accounts by developing strategic plans to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including product demonstrations, client meetings, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Close deals by negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in management, business development, or sales roles with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Ability to perform prospecting activities including cold calling and lead generation effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship building.
- Experience or interest in sales or retail environments is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales targets through active prospecting and deal closing efforts.
- Comfortable working in diverse environments while maintaining high levels of customer service.
