We seek an eager to learn and team focused Lead Patient Care Coordinator who excels in:
- Having a service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Creating positive relationships with patients and team members
- Ability to manage schedules for optimal productivity and efficiency
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges effectively
- 3+ years of Dental Front Office experience (Required)
- 3+ years of customer service experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding all aspects of the business of dentistry (P&L reports, manage budgets, setting and reaching goals)
- Supporting front and back office teams
- Acting as a point of contact for patients, addressing concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that patients are well-informed about treatment plans, financial details, and post-care instructions, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
- Overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate coding, insurance verification, and timely collection of payments from patients and insurance companies.
- Monitor accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and work with patients on payment plans or financial arrangements.
- Collaborating with the office manager and doctors to implement growth strategies, assess market trends, and enhance service offerings.
- Any other duties assigned by the doctors and office manager
The schedule is full-time. No late nights or weekends make for a wonderful work/life balance!
- Mondays 7:45am - 5pm
- Tuesdays 7:45am - 5pm
- Thursdays 7:45am - 5pm
- Fridays 7:45am - 2pm
We are offering a competitive hourly wage of $27-$37 (based on experience), along with the following benefits:
