Clearance Level

Top Secret clearance is required to be considered for the position.

Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearances at the level required by the client for the position.
Education
-
High School Diploma
-
Must have an active DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE), prior to start.
Technical Experience
-
Any experience as a Communications Systems Operator (CSO) for Executive Airlift at Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI or Ramstein AFB, Germany
Responsibilities
-
Tier 1 Support is “Mission Essential”, 24x7 support
-
Operates in the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC)
-
Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues

Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight

Respond to incident calls
-
Support Trend Analysis
-
Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift
