Linen Lead | Full-Time | In Person |
Are you someone who leads by example and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? Westport Linen is looking for a dependable, motivated Linen Lead to be the go-to person on the floor at one of our healthcare facility accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Guide and support linen attendants during daily operations
- Unload deliveries, fold and shelve linen, and manage back stock
- Log and return COG items to the correct units promptly
- Serve as a point of contact for facility staff and company representatives
- Track and report attendance issues to management
- Maintain quality and keep operations moving efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Prior lead experience in housekeeping, laundry, or hospitality
- Dependable, strong communicator with a can-do attitude
- Hospital or hotel experience is a big plus
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
