What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners to promote our energy-efficient products
- Schedule appointments for our outside sales team
- Generate qualified leads and gather relevant information
- Accurately document interactions and lead activity
- Collaborate with other departments to support customer goals
- Represent the WeatherGard brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous telemarketing or call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills
- Ability to stay motivated, even when facing rejection
- Strong multitasking and data entry skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Punctuality and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Home improvement knowledge is a bonus (but not required)
