Midwest Refrigerated Services is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our collaborative and experienced HR team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting employees throughout their entire career journey.
In this role, you'll manage full-cycle HR responsibilities, including:
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Employee relations and coaching
- Benefits and leave administration
- Performance management
- HR compliance and policy administration
- Training and employee engagement
We're looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experienced as an HR Generalist with broad, full-cycle HR knowledge
- A strong communicator who builds trust across all levels of the organization
- Organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
