American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring active NC or compact RN licensure and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
-
Shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
-
Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
-
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)

Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required

Current NRP certification (Advanced 9th Edition) from American Academy of Pediatrics required

No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
-
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)

One professional reference required

Provide skilled nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients within a hospital Labor & Delivery department

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
