About Espresso by Strive
Espresso by Strive is more than a neighborhood coffee shop, we're building a community-centered cafe experience focused on exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and creative marketing. We're looking for a motivated leader who enjoys working alongside their team, takes ownership of daily operations, and is excited to help grow both the business and the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support baristas throughout each shift
- Create high-quality espresso drinks and other café beverages
- Schedule staff
- Place weekly inventory and product orders
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Track sales performance and help identify opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For:
- Previous barista or café experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Toast POS is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Weekend availability

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
