Fertilizer Operations & Delivery Specialist (CDL Required) Nextgen Fertilizers LLC – Wray, Colorado
Full-time | $50,000 – $70,000 per year + Health+Vehicle

We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our operations crew. In this role you’ll learn to run our fertilizer blending and packaging equipment, handle production tasks, and make deliveries to farms and retailers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality work, and wants stable employment with a company that values safety, integrity, and supporting local agriculture. Full training on our equipment and processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain fertilizer blending, packaging, and related equipment after training
- Load, transport, and deliver products to customers while providing friendly, professional service
- Accurately manage inventory, fulfill orders, and keep facilities and equipment clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A preferred) with a clean driving record (Or willingness to get a CDL)
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized fertilizer equipment operation and maintenance
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in agriculture, trucking, warehouse, or manufacturing is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team player who appreciates a laid-back yet dedicated work environment and shares our commitment to ethical practices and customer focus
