Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and document patient health and behavior, reporting any changes to administrative tasks and members of client care teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
- Support clients in social activities, promoting their well-being and independence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Compassion, empathy, and reliability
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to twist, transfer, and pull a minimum of 25lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Drivers preferred
