Overview
We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales of our water cleaning and purification equipment to residential and/or commercial customers. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, community events, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations in-home or on-site with potential customers
- Educate customers on water quality issues and how our equipment solves them
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activity, and pipeline in CRM software
- Follow up with existing customers for referrals, service add-ons, and filter/maintenance sales
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, community events, and local partnerships
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred
- Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and sales transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective communication skills to engage customers and upsell products confidently
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling strategies to increase revenue
- 1+ years of sales experience (direct sales, B2C, or equipment sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
