Colab is a shared-services company based in Lititz, PA supporting a portfolio of Lancaster County businesses and properties across hospitality, premier venues, working farms, and residential rentals. We're a small, collaborative team that moves fast and takes pride in what we maintain.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on property manager to keep our portfolio of properties running well. This is not a desk job. You'll carry tools, handle routine repairs yourself, build and manage a contractor network, and coordinate across multiple sites and property contacts. If you're the kind of person who spots a problem and fixes it before anyone asks, you'll fit in here.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across multiple property types
- Conduct regular inspections and flag issues before they become expensive
- Build and manage a reliable contractor network across trades
- Negotiate bids, approve invoices, and coordinate vendor scheduling
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests and track resolutions
- Manage a remote residential property primarily through contractor oversight
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in property management, facilities, or a closely related trade
- Genuinely handy -- you know what you can do yourself and when to call a tradesperson of service provider
- Organized and self-directed across multiple sites and contacts
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Strong communicator with tenants, contractors, and ownership
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 - $68,000 depending on experience
- Vehicle support provided
