Sobo & Sobo is seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Milwaukee office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong personal injury litigation experience, passionate about advocating for injury victims and supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys from case inception through trial
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and subpoenas
- Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track critical deadlines
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Conduct legal and factual research to support litigation strategy
- Investigate claims, gather records, and assist in case development and settlement preparation
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Ensure compliance with Illinois court rules, deadlines, and filing requirements (including e-filing)
- Organize exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for hearings and trials
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Wisconsin
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin litigation procedures and court rules
- Experience with Wisconsin e-filing systems preferred
- Paralegal degree or certification preferred
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment
