Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality management, production process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality system
- Support internal, customer, and third-party audits
- Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis
- Develop corrective and preventive actions
- Improve production processes, work instructions, and inspection standards
- Work with Production and Engineering to improve quality and efficiency
- Track quality data and prepare reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of quality, process, or manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing background required
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and audit processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Solar, aluminum, metal fabrication, automotive, or industrial experience preferred
- Mandarin Chinese preferred
- VISA sponsorship is not available
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
