We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team! You will be responsible for:
Providing services to children across the Autism Spectrum in ages ranging from 2 to 17.
Conducting observation and data collection.
Arriving to session prepared with necessary materials to conduct client targets.
Conducting behavior reduction programs.
Conducting skill acquisition programs to teach and shape functional communication, social and daily living skills.
Communicating with supervisors effectively and in a timely manner.
Writing daily session reports in a legible and professional manner.
Engaging in session by session debriefing with parental units.
Helping educate caregivers regarding interventions being conducted.
Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician credentials
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Being coachable and receptive to constructive feedback
Ability to maintain and keep appointments
Preferable bilingual capabilities
Preferable one year minimum experience, can accommodate-Experience will determine pay.
*Must be willing to drive up to 25 miles to/from and between clients

We provide supervision as required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as well as additional supervision and mentorship for those looking to accrue hours for their BCaBA or BCBA credentials.
