Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and other freight across various job sites and routes. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, adherence to safety regulations, and ability to handle logistics cargo will ensure efficient deliveries and pickups.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload freight such as construction debris, gravel, or other materials using appropriate truck loading and unloading techniques.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules while optimizing fuel efficiency.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, lights, and safety equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and route adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Manual transmission experience is a MUST. (8LL transmission)
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including dump trucks or tractor-trailers.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols related to truck driving.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning for efficient delivery execution.

Pay: $32.50 - $35.00 per hour
