Job Summary
Silitronics Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Imaging Technician to support photolithographic processes used in the fabrication of advanced electronic circuits and semiconductor components. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with imaging equipment, dry film processing, UV exposure systems, and chemical handling in a manufacturing environment. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform photolithographic imaging processes used to create circuit patterns for fabrication.
- View, inspect, and verify artwork prior to processing.
- Operate dry film laminators and UV exposure equipment, including 5K and 8K imaging systems.
- Read and interpret shop order travelers, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Meet or exceed production output, quality, and cycle time objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Accurately complete all departmental and production documentation.
- Follow established handling procedures for product flow throughout the imaging department.
- Safely handle, mix, use, and dispose of chemicals and hazardous waste in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with all safety procedures while working with high-intensity UV exposure equipment, pressurized systems, and chemical processing equipment.
- Participate in required chemical handling and safety training prior to performing applicable job duties.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in photolithographic processing within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to read and interpret shop order travelers and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the work shift.
- Ability to safely lift up to 15 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules to support manufacturing operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in semiconductor, printed circuit board (PCB), or advanced electronics manufacturing.
- Experience operating dry film laminators and UV imaging/exposure systems.
- Familiarity with chemical handling procedures, hazardous waste management, and clean manufacturing practices.
