Responsibilities
● Patient scheduling and appointment coordination
● Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
● Claim submission and pre-authorizations
● Patient check-in and check-out
● Maintain high-level customer service experience
● Support smooth daily front office operations
Qualifications
● Dental front office experience required and knowledgeable with Eaglesoft
● Insurance verification and claims experience preferred
● Strong communication and phone skills
● Detail-oriented and organized
● Professional demeanor suited for boutique practice setting
