The Project Manager - MEP/Infrastructure - Washington, D.C. will be responsible for:

Manage multiple renovation and modernization projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Lead subcontractor negotiations, contract administration, and resource planning.

Monitor project costs, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation strategies.

Collaborate closely with MEP engineering teams.

Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and communication.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Support projects involving HVAC modernization, building infrastructure upgrades, electrical systems, renewable energy technologies, and facility resilience initiatives.

Contribute to a growing portfolio of federal, municipal, university, hospitality, and data center projects.
