About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to support and elevate the performance of one to multiple locations within a growing organization.
This leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing management teams, improving profitability, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across all assigned locations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, accountability, team development, and building systems that create long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, and support store leadership teams.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures.Partner with leadership to identify operational opportunities and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning efforts.
- Analyze business trends and develop action plans to drive results.Foster a positive culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with new initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, or hospitality operations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop management teams.
- Strong understanding of labor management, financial reporting, and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Experience with coaching, performance management, and team development.
