Production Team Members
(Machine Operators/Line Worker)
The Production Team Members (Machine Operators/Line Worker) position is based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role involves supporting manufacturing processes by performing assigned tasks efficiently, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality throughout production operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect the machine at the start of and throughout the shift.
- Review the TPO sheet and check machine sensors.
- Change the machine tip as needed.
- Fill out the production sheet throughout the shift.
- Operate and monitor CNC and related production machines, including robotic weld cells.
- Use calipers and other measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
- Prior machine operation experience preferred; willingness to train required.
- Experience within or similar to: Manufacturing, Machining, or Production environments preferred.
- Steady work history with reliable attendance.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine-specific setup.
- Ability to accurately read, complete, and maintain production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail for inspection and quality checks.
- Ability to work safely around CNC machines, robotic cells, and hot materials.
- Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 90% of the shift.
- Frequent bending and reaching (approximately 90% of the shift).
- Manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Non-Temp controlled environment
- Potential exposure to Fiberglass
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Compensation and Benefits
- 1st Shift: 6am-2pm, $17.50/hour
- 2nd shift 2:30-10:30pm $19.50/hr
- 3rd Shift 10:30 am - 6:00 am $19.50/hr
