Open Roles Compensation Structure:
Equipment Operator: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
Daily Per Diem: $120 (Paid daily, 7 days a week)
Retention Bonus: $5.00 per hour - paid as a retention bonus for this project
Standard Schedule: 6/10s
Project Duration: 1 year+ with additional steady work
Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and forklifts.

Ensure all equipment is operated efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment from transportation vehicles.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve project milestones and deadlines.

Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
Requirements
License

Valid driver’s license

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain)

Heavy Equipment Operator certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction environment

Knowledge of machine operating techniques and safety practices

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
