What You'll Own
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and invoices
- Inspect and accurately grade mobile devices according to company standards
- Put inventory away correctly and maintain organized storage locations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Pick and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Package and ship outbound orders to company standards
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse
- Improve processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
- Work closely with Operations and Sales to ensure orders ship on time
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or fulfillment experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills and experience using inventory management software
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of results
- Experience with smartphones, electronics, or wholesale distribution is a major plus

- Inventory accuracy consistently above 99%
- Orders picked and shipped accurately and on time
- Organized warehouse where every item has a designated location
- Inventory discrepancies identified before they become larger issues
- Processes continually improving as the business grows
