We are starting at $16-$19/hour. With tips we are averaging between $17-$22/hour.Crew Members are needed! We are looking for someone with a smiling, cheerful disposition - the ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced yet casual environment -carry out specified daily procedures with attention to detail - all with excellent customer service skills. Successful crew member candidates will work the front counter, the pit & other positions as needed. If you enjoy a team-oriented environment and a positive work atmosphere, we want to talk to you!
Aside from working in shop, our crew members also will work at local events in the area! Weekend availability necessary! Come join our great team and attend local events to grow your knowledge and enhance your experience!

Crew Member Responsibilities: Crew members must maintain a fast speed of service, especially during
- rush times.
- -Crew members must take orders from customers & input their selections
- into the restaurant computer systems.
- Crew members must assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the
- type of order.
- Crew members must process large orders for events.
- Clean your station thoroughly before, during & after each shift.
- Help cook & work the pit/barbecue.
- Crew Member must help with the cashier
Qualifications of a Crew Member Able to lift 50 pounds to waist level Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong stamina to work long or split shifts
- Willingness to work on your feet
- Basic culinary coursework or equivalent experience desired
- Highly collaborate nature
- Previous prep or line cook experience preferred'
