Qualifications
-General knowledge of maintenance and ability to fix things
-Plumbing, electrical, and painting skills
-Know how to use power tools/hand tools
-Ability to climb a ladder
-Some experience with boilers and general maintenance preferred
-Must pass an FBI and BCI Background check
Conduct
--Model appropriate Christian attitude, language, and behavior with students, families, and other school employees
-Communicate building/maintenance issues with administration
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for the operation of the school throughout your shift. This includes but not limited to:
● Periodic check to clean and stock all bathrooms
● Walk through of building to check for maintenance issues, light bulbs needing replaced, etc- then repair/replace as able or contact Administration
● Clean trash and debris in school parking lot and in landscaping
● Clean and Sanitize Weight Room and equipment
● Clean glass and mirrors
● Cleaning walls
● Painting
● Clean, sweep, mop, and remove trash from the kitchen after the lunch periods
● Sweep and mop the Welcome Center through the Kitchen (including the hallway and restroom)
● Lock gate by auditorium at 3:45 PM -If hours are later than 3:45 PM then adjust this time accordingly.
● Other duties as assigned by the Administration
Cafeteria Responsibilities following each Lunch Period (currently 3)
-Wipe off each table and seat with disinfectant
-Wipe off window sills, paper towel and hand sanitizer dispensers, water fountains, and microwaves
-Sweep debris from floor
-Wet mop as necessary
-Remove trash and replace with new trash can liners
-Any other item that will get the cafeteria clean and ready for the next lunch period

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
