Horse And Hyde Arcadia is looking for an experienced, high-energy bartender/server to join our fast-paced country bar team. This is a high-volume role for someone who thrives under pressure, delivers genuine hospitality, and knows how to keep the energy up while maintaining strong service standards.
We’re looking for a bartender who can confidently handle both bar service and table service while creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. Knowledge of beer, classic cocktails, and high-volume service is essential. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, team-oriented, and genuinely enjoys the atmosphere of live music venues and nightlife hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and strong presentation standards
- Deliver energetic, hospitality-focused guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner while creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems while maintaining strong cash-handling practices
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards behind the bar and throughout service areas
- Monitor guest behavior and support responsible alcohol service in accordance with Arizona Title 4 regulations
- Restock liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout service to maintain operational flow
- Support floor service by assisting with tables during weekends, peak hours, and live music events as needed
- Assist with light food preparation and execution as needed (training provided)
Skills
- Ability to work required shifts with some scheduling flexibility
- Must be comfortable working late nights, weekends, and live music events
- Current Arizona Food Handler Card required
- Current Arizona Title 4 certification required
- Strong hospitality mindset with guest-first service standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Accurate cash-handling and POS experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, spirits, and cocktails required
- Comfortable assisting with both bartending and table service responsibilities
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for live music and nightlife environments
Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
