Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper/Houseperson?Laundry Attendant, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication will directly enhance the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established protocols.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and maintaining overall floor hygiene.
- Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to maintain cleanliness in service areas and storage rooms.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supplies used to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and uphold cleanliness standards consistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping procedures or custodial management is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles demonstrates versatility and reliability. Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
