We're hiring for multiple Arby's restaurants, so you can attend the job fair at our Springdale location even if you're interested in another location.
What You'll Do
As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant during your shift while developing Team Members and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead and support the team during your assigned shift
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Coach and develop Team Members
- Help resolve guest concerns
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
- Manage shift operations, including cash handling and restaurant procedures
- Help maintain appropriate staffing and productivity
- Complete opening, closing, and shift responsibilities
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager and leadership team
- Help create a positive, team-oriented environment
- Follow Arby's and Flynn Group operating standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to coach and motivate a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
