Mr. Kimchi Korean BBQ is currently hiring Servers to join our team.
Mr. Kimchi is a well-established Korean BBQ brand, operating since 2017, with 4 locations in Illinois. We are known for high-quality meats, a structured service system, and a strong base of repeat customers.
* Guaranteed $23/hour.

- 4 branches currently in operation
- After training, servers will be assigned to the most suitable location based on performance and fit
- Location can be discussed and adjusted later
* Training Process
- Interview and training begin immediately
- Upon interview approval, we conduct 2 consecutive days of training
- After the 2-day training period, management will inform you whether training will continue
- Training pay is provided
- Meals are provided during training and working shifts

- Server experience preferred (no experience required; training provided)
