Job Summary
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process — from the initial greeting on the lot to the final handshake at delivery. You'll help customers find the right new or used Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, or Ram vehicle for their needs and budget while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
- Explain pricing, financing options, and trade-in values
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new inventory, promotions, and incentives
- Ensure a smooth, positive experience through delivery and beyond
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule
Full-time includes Saturday’s. Dealership hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–8:00 PM.
