Responsibilities
- Install fiberglass, cellulose, and other insulation products
- Perform attic and crawlspace insulation projects
- Complete air sealing and energy efficiency upgrades
- Operate insulation blowing and removal equipment
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Represent the company professionally with customers
Qualifications
- Previous insulation installation experience strongly preferred
- Construction, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, or related trade experience considered
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
