Full-Time W-2 Position
Bay Wellness Group is seeking a compassionate therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families. Due to continued growth, we have an immediate need for a clinician to help meet the demand for pediatric behavioral health services.
We are looking for either a fully licensed clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or a Florida Registered Intern who is passionate about providing high-quality care while growing within a collaborative multidisciplinary practice.

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and families
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation in AthenaHealth EMR
- Collaborate with psychiatry, psychological testing, and primary care providers
- Participate as an active member of our clinical team
Qualifications Licensed Clinicians
- Florida LMHC
- Florida LCSW

Registered Interns
- Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
- Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
- Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern
