The Children’s Home of Easton is hiring compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Staff to support youth in residential care. Many of our kids have experienced trauma and are working toward healing, independence, or reunification with family. Your role is to guide, support, and be a steady presence in their journey.
Pay & Shift Info:
- $17.00/hour for 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift Monday-Friday
- $17.75/hour for 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM shift (includes shift differential)
- Paid training provided (must attend 5-day in-house training: M–F, 9am–3:30pm)
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support youth in a structured, safe environment
- Help youth build coping and life skills through trauma-informed care
- Manage behaviors and respond appropriately to emotional needs
- Assist with routines, chores, transportation, and medications
- Participate in activities, documentation, and team collaboration
- Respond to crises and follow safety protocols

What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to pass a physical and all state-required clearances
- Must complete required trainings, including a 5-day in-house orientation
