You will work with patients one-on-one during 45-minute appointments, manage your own schedule, and have the autonomy to guide each patient’s care without being confined to a traditional high-volume clinic environment.
We are currently hiring one full-time Physical Therapist and building a dependable PRN Physical Therapist pool to provide coverage as needed.

PRN Physical Therapist
- $40-$50 per hour

What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist with Unified Rehabilitation, you will:
- Complete comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
- Identify mobility limitations, functional impairments, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop individualized plans of care with measurable, functional goals
- Provide skilled Physical Therapy treatment within assisted living communities
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, endurance, safety, and independence
- Schedule and manage your assigned patient visits
- Discuss treatment plans, progress, and recommendations with patients and families
- Communicate with other members of the patient’s care team
- Collaborate and co-treat with Speech-Language Pathologists when clinically appropriate
- Provide general supervision and guidance to a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who:
- Holds a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Is licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Has an interest in orthopedic and geriatric care
- Values individualized, relationship-based treatment
- Communicates clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Is organized and comfortable managing a patient schedule
- Can provide appropriate supervision to a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Demonstrates compassion, accountability, and strong clinical judgment
One to three years of experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Employment sponsorship is not available for this position.
