4G’s Investments LLC is seeking a reliable, hardworking Laborer/Landscaper to support ongoing property maintenance across multiple residential and commercial locations. This role is hands‑on, outdoors, and essential to maintaining safe, clean, and attractive properties for tenants and guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, weed removal, raking, and debris cleanup.
- Maintain exterior areas such as yards, walkways, parking lots, fences, and common spaces.
- Assist with property upkeep, including minor repairs, painting, hauling, and general labor tasks.
- Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, etc.).
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and report property issues, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
- Support seasonal tasks such as snow/ice removal, leaf cleanup, and storm‑related debris clearing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
