Job Title: AM Line Cooks
About the Role
We’re looking for AM Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew at Hemma Hemma Dinette. If you’re passionate about great food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with a team that has fun while getting the job done, this might be the perfect fit for you. This is new restaurant in the Lightwell building at 11th and Main in downtown KCMO.
What You’ll Do
- Get your station set up and stocked with fresh, scratch-made ingredients
- Cook and plate dishes with consistency + speed
- Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for action
- Jump in to help teammates and keep service flowing smoothly
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices—we take pride in doing things right
- Learn, grow, and bring your energy to every shift
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Passion for fresh food, flavor, and hospitality
