As a Shift Nurse at NCFL, you'll:

Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.

Monitor and assess individuals' health, documenting care in accordance with NCFL policies and Medicaid guidelines.

Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and direct support professionals to ensure exceptional care.

Support individuals during daily activities, appointments, and community outings as needed.

Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence while making a meaningful impact every day.

- Registered Nurse (RN): $45.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35.00–$38.00/hour

Earn up to $52.50/hour for overtime! Employees regularly have opportunities to pick up additional shifts and significantly increase their earnings.
- Days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Evenings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Overnights: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
What You'll Need:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing

Current professional liability/malpractice insurance

Ability to pass background checks and required screenings

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
