Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Job site Planning, Scheduling, and overseeing
- Responsible for Project material on or under the budget
- Responsible for Project Subcontractors quality, process, and procedures
- Attend and represent the company on all GC’s and/or Builder’s meetings.
- Handle and print drawings as needed.
- Responsible for Drawings clarifications and Request for Information (RFI’S)
- Responsible to handle all Preliminary Change Orders
- Responsible of Job site safety and quality assurance
- Review Payment Application with General Superintendent
- Subcontractors completed work draws approval
- Responsible for on time Material Orders and deliveries schedule
- Material and equipment inventory weekly Report
- Concrete Weekly Pour Log
- Job site Performance weekly Report
Requirements:
-7 years Construction experience
-5 years as a concrete superintendent
-Strong knowledge on blueprint interpretation
-Commercial and Multifamily projects experience (preferred)
-Procore platform experience (Preferred)
-Bilingual English/Spanish (is a Plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
