Teacher Assistant Toddler Room
The Seed Day Care Center is hiring for the position of full-time or part-time Teacher Assistant, starting now:
The Seed is looking for caring, compassionate Teacher Assistants who have training and/or experience in working with children ages 18 to 36 months old. The Seed is proud to offer the highest level of care for our youngest students. We are seeking committed and compassionate individuals to join our teaching teams.
Job responsibilities include
- Engaging and playing with toddlers
- Indoor and outdoor supervision of toddler activities
- Set-up and clean-up of lunch and snacks
- Set-up and clean-up for nap time
- Bathroom assistance, including changing diapers
Teaching Assistant Required Experience:
- At least one year of experience working with children
Teaching Assistant Educational Requirements:
- Some education or training in early childhood education is preferable
Teaching Assistant Physical Requirements:
- Caring for young children is an active job. Teaching staff must be able to bend, stretch, move quickly and lift, as needed.
Job Types: Full-time (5 days a week, 8 hours a day), Part-time (5 days a week, 4 to 6 hours a day)
