Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating a asphalt roller , but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain rollers to compress asphalt, gravel, dirt, or other materials during construction
- Ensure proper compaction of materials to meet project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
